SHIPMENT & DELIVERY
Packages are generally dispatched within 7 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL, FedEx, EMS or any other international shipping company. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
An item is eligible for a return if the item arrives damaged or the item is not as described on the website.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
When your shipment is delivered with the local post, you should go to your local post office within 7 calendar days for damage report.
Please send the damage report to our customer service to start the return process.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 6 calendar days of receiving the returned item.
We are only responsible for return postage costs if the item is not as described in the listing or arrives damaged.
